| Comments: | John was a very thoughtful & generous friend & helped us without question. I was crushed to learn of his death. One fond memory I have is the time he shows up & I hadn't cooked yet, but there is this big brown raw potato & John simply takes his fork, prongs the thing & 'graciously' bites into it, unfazed. As to say "But, you did have something to offer me." --- a gentleman who's humor put other people at ease & someone I will always remember. I was glad my brother, Robert Krupinski, played taps for him, but it still saddens me he is gone. But then, our loss is Heaven's gain. |
